Join me on my personal journey of healthy living. After I have discovered that I had Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism (auto-immune) I decided to do everything in my power to heal naturally and stop the medication. I was struggling with a number of symptoms including severe fatigue, headaches, migraines, hair loss, painful periods, brain fog and just overall felt unhappy.
After studying health for a few years, I drastically changed my lifestyle habits, especially eating habits. I eliminated all gluten and dairy out of my diet and started avoiding meat.
By implementing natural remedy practices, both Eastern (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Western (nutrition) as well as natural supplements, I’ve been able to heal my body greatly. My life quality and health improved drastically and I seriously felt like a brand new person, both mentally and physically.
I aspire to help others through my own personal experience as well as via the knowledge I’ve learned throughout the past 10 years.
